Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for data analysis of products related to live streaming business, building a data indicator system, and gaining a deep understanding of key metrics in live streaming scenarios (e.g., UV, dwell time, conversion rate, GMV, interaction rate).
 - Track the operational data of the entire live streaming chain, identify problems and growth opportunities, and drive product and operational optimization.
 - Collaborate with multiple teams including product, content, technology, and anchor operations to develop refined operational strategies based on data insights.
 - Design and drive data-driven operational projects, such as content recommendation optimization, traffic scheduling, and user segmentation operations.
 - Output regular data analysis reports to provide a basis for business decisions and develop sustainable growth operational strategies.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in live streaming or digital content platforms.
 - Strong analytical skills with expertise in building data indicator systems and interpreting key metrics.
 - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
 - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, content, technology) to drive operational improvements.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities from complex datasets.
 - Strong communication skills to present data insights and influence decision-making.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in live streaming platforms or e-commerce ecosystems.
 - Knowledge of user behavior analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
 - Familiarity with machine learning concepts for content recommendation systems.
