Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the company's website, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies to foster user interaction, loyalty, and growth within the platform's ecosystem, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to refine approaches continuously.
- Monitor and analyze emerging trends in the web3 and social media space, proactively identifying and documenting key industry developments, innovations, and regulatory changes that impact product direction and market positioning.
- Lead the evolution of web3 social products by conducting in-depth research, proposing actionable insights, and actively participating in iterative design processes to enhance user experience and platform capabilities.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with KOLs and industry projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to execute collaborative initiatives that drive brand visibility, user acquisition, and ecosystem expansion.

- Proven experience in website operations management, with a strong track record of improving performance and user satisfaction.
- Excellent understanding of community engagement principles and a history of successfully implementing strategies that boost user retention and growth.
- Ability to stay current with fast-evolving web3 and blockchain trends, demonstrating expertise in identifying and summarizing critical industry highlights for internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate user behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, supporting data-driven product decisions and innovation.
- Experience in building and nurturing relationships with KOLs and industry partners, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial collaborations that align with business goals.
