Senior Marketing & Operations Manager
Marketing
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and oversee co-marketing campaigns with partners from start to finish.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on messaging, timelines, and objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, analyzing outcomes to inform future strategies.
Calendar Management: Maintain marketing calendars to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Operations
Workflow Oversight: Manage day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across teams.
Process Development: Build and document clear processes for campaign execution and reporting.
Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain operational dashboards to track performance against objectives.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance and consistency across all marketing and operational activities.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles; fintech, crypto, or Web3 experience preferred.
Campaign Management: Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder campaigns and measuring ROI.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Operational Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills.
