Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and implementing cutting-edge technological solutions in the blockchain industry, with a focus on security, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain our infrastructure while ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities

Research and evaluate emerging technological solutions in the blockchain industry
Integrate GCP KMS (HashiCorp Vault or AWS KMS) for secrets and key management
Implement new solutions or optimize existing infrastructure using modern technologies such as GCP/AWS and Kubernetes
Ensure compliance with access policies for critical platform components
Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure high reliability and performance
Automate system configurations using configuration management tools
Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure solutions for the Validator Infrastructure
Enhance infrastructure management using automation and Infrastructure as Code practices
Collaborate across teams to ensure that Validator operating is well and secured
Actively participate in implementing new approaches and technologies across the company

Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps or related field
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with secrets management solutions (GCP KMS, HashiCorp Vault, AWS KMS)
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
Knowledge of blockchain technology and validator infrastructure
Experience implementing monitoring and alerting solutions
Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in blockchain or fintech companies
Certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps methodologies
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
