Job Description:
1. Responsible for WEB3 ecosystem growth and strategy planning, overseeing the entire operational process from cold start to scalable growth. Develop strategies including user acquisition, capital growth, retention optimization, and ecosystem expansion plans to drive team efficiency.
2. Activity and Incentive System Development: Design and lead multi-phase growth campaigns (including but not limited to incentive programs, wallet collaborations, ecosystem partnerships, and exchange activities). Quickly evaluate key data and ROI to inform decision-making, ensuring resource allocation maximizes output.
3. Ecosystem Collaboration and Resource Integration: Externally engage with protocols, wallets, exchanges, and other ecosystem partners to create synergistic growth opportunities. Internally coordinate BD, operations, marketing, and community resources to enhance collaboration.
4. Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor core metrics such as TVL, trading volume, active users, and campaign conversion rates. Continuously refine incentive models and growth strategies based on data insights.
5. Team Management and Collaboration: Oversee task allocation and execution within the operations team, ensuring high performance and project momentum.
6. Localized Market Strategy Implementation: Drive the execution of localized operational strategies in key markets to improve platform efficiency and user experience.
7. Process and Team Optimization: Continuously refine organizational workflows, team collaboration mechanisms, and service systems to ensure stable and healthy platform development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of Web3 project operations or growth experience, including 2+ years in team management.
- Deep understanding of prediction markets and oracle systems, with proven success in Web3 project operations.
- Strong strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams.
- Passionate about Web3, with the ability to quickly adapt to emerging tech trends and market shifts. Innovative mindset required.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages is preferred.
- Experience with top-tier firms or projects, QS100 university background, or international market exposure is a plus.
