Social Media & Community Manager1. Support and execute social media and community engagement strategy and campaigns that align with Brinc’s broader vision and goals2. Manage the social media content calendar utilising current platforms (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and exploring presence on emerging platforms3. Create original content such as social images, text posts, live status updates, and video content, as well as social campaigns, ensuring traffic and growth targets are met4. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology5. Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, growth and engagement performance 6. Monitor and analysing trends and competitor performance7. Build relationships with and execute relating campaigns with key influencers and organisations across different industry verticals (namely Blockchain, FoodTech, Healthcare, and Climate Tech & Sustainability) to help grow Brinc's follower base and network
