Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing and Digital Media Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and executing performance marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for planning, running, and analyzing advertising campaigns, as well as collaborating with various departments to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand marketing and digital media performance marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to identify and resolve marketing-related issues.
  • Create and distribute engaging content for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Design and execute various marketing activities to effectively communicate Alt.town's brand and services to domestic and international users.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, digital media, and performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in targeting both domestic and international audiences is a plus.
