Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Market Manager to lead our market expansion and business development initiatives. This role will focus on driving growth across various markets and establishing strategic partnerships to enhance our presence in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Manage token listings on major exchanges, secure inclusion in CoinMarketCap (CMC), facilitate wallet access, and coordinate conference sponsorships to increase visibility.
- Localized Business Expansion: Develop and expand local business channels in key regions such as Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. This includes securing advertising space, building communities, and leveraging intellectual property (IP) opportunities.
- Infrastructure Resource Expansion: Oversee initiatives related to U-card, native U, and crypto-friendly banking solutions. Collaborate with market makers, financial institutions, and rating agencies to strengthen infrastructure.
- Partnership Management: Maintain and nurture existing partnership relationships while identifying and onboarding new strategic partners to support business growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in market expansion, business development, or partnership management within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of token listings, exchange integrations, and wallet access processes.
- Experience working in or with markets such as Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions and rating agencies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company at conferences and industry events.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving business growth targets.
