Job Description
Injective Labs is seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead community growth initiatives and ensure the successful execution of its community strategy. This role will focus on developing and managing comprehensive programs that foster engagement, loyalty, and advocacy for Injective's ecosystem. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing community moderation frameworks, creating and managing affiliate trading programs, and establishing ambassador networks to expand brand presence globally. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for documenting program performance, tracking metrics, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement. Additionally, this position requires the creation of compelling content that highlights community activities, which will be shared across Injective's social platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, email campaigns, and blog posts. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate community efforts with broader marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and event planning goals. A critical component of this position is the ongoing recruitment of new community members and the cultivation of a diverse talent pool to sustain growth. The candidate will also work closely with external partners such as writers, content producers, and community moderators to produce high-quality materials, including blogs, email newsletters, and instructional videos, that enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Injective Labs's community growth strategy, encompassing the design and management of community moderation programs, affiliate trading initiatives, and ambassador networks.
- Oversee the optimization of existing community programs, collaborate with program participants to enhance engagement, and expand these initiatives to achieve global reach.
- Document and track the performance of all community programs, maintaining detailed records of data, campaigns, content, and other relevant metrics for analysis and learning.
- Integrate community programs with larger marketing campaigns by identifying opportunities to align community activities with brand marketing, event marketing, and overall business objectives.
- Create and curate content that showcases community achievements and initiatives, ensuring it is suitable for display on Injective's social media platforms, email marketing channels, and blog content.
- Enhance the visibility of community programs through strategic outreach, branding, and content distribution, while continuously onboarding new and talented individuals.
- Collaborate with external writers, content producers, and community moderators to produce high-quality materials such as blogs, email newsletters, and instructional videos that support community growth.
- Manage the Injective community and its moderators, ensuring consistent communication, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collect and analyze community feedback to inform the development of overarching strategies that improve user experience and drive long-term growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry, with a strong track record of growing and sustaining online communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to track and interpret community metrics, campaign performance, and user engagement data to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in content creation and curation, including writing, video production, and graphic design, to develop engaging materials for community outreach.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, with experience in integrating community efforts with broader marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global community engagement.
- Experience with community moderation tools and platforms, including managing user interactions and enforcing community guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records of community activities, program data, and campaign outcomes for reporting and analysis.
- Passion for the blockchain space and a deep understanding of Injective's products and services to effectively represent the community's interests.
