We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by managing and expanding our high-value client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for expanding and maintaining customer resources such as high net worth large clients, institutional clients, brokers, market makers, etc., to achieve the company's performance goals.
- Deeply understand customer needs, provide professional consulting services, and solve problems encountered by customers in the trading process.
- Establish and maintain long-term stable customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote the growth of customer trading volume.
- Participate in online and offline activities and invite and expand customer participation to enhance customer engagement and brand influence.
- Complete other tasks related to large client management arranged by the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in financial services
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in client acquisition and retention
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Willingness to participate in marketing events and business development activities
