投资者关系总监Investor Relations DirectorJob Description：1. 负责构建基金品牌并且对外输出 IOSG 品牌及价值，提升公司在市场的认可度和关注度；Build the brand and convey its value, increase brand awareness and notability in market.2. 负责基金海内外合作事宜的沟通对接，维护与外部基金、产业资源合作关系；Network for both domestic and overseas corporations, maintain relationships among other funds and projects.3.负责项目投后管理工作，与投资经理配合完成IOSG投资组合在海内外的市场发展的建立与检测；Manage post investment, work with investment manager to develop and monitor the market for portfolio companies.4. 负责跟踪、收集、整理国内外同行业业务动态和财务业绩，密切注意与公司有关的政策变化和行业趋势,并定期做出比较和分析报告，提出相关改善建议；Follow up and give update of the industry, collecting and classify performance of peer companies, and give improvement recommendation.5. 负责配合法务、财务、股东会/董事会等工作；Support works of legal, accounting and the board.6. 负责美元基金的公关事件处理及其他相关工作事件处理。Handle any PR crisis of the fund.
