Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a DeFi Business Development Specialist. This role will focus on expanding our presence in the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand business with DeFi project partners and establish cooperative relationships to drive in-depth development of business collaborations.
- Follow up on the progress of partnerships and draft comprehensive cooperation plans.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze market demands, and develop/execute DeFi business expansion strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the DeFi industry with deep familiarity of DeFi protocols and their mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of DAO operational mechanisms and governance structures.
- Proficiency with mainstream DeFi protocols such as AAVE, MakerDAO, and Compound, including their platform operations and voting mechanisms.
- Proven track record in business development, partnership management, and strategic planning within the DeFi space.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster and maintain productive partnerships.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Active participation in the DeFi community with a network of industry contacts.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving DeFi landscape and emerging technologies.
