Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable DeFi Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem and be able to provide valuable insights and analysis to support our strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on the DeFi field, including but not limited to DEX (decentralized exchange), lending protocols, public chain technology, integration of MEME culture and cryptocurrency, NFT platforms, etc.
- Analyze market dynamics and project development trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Track global DeFi projects, collect and organize data, and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Write high-quality research reports to provide data support and professional advice for company strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the team, participate in product design and development, and provide professional technical and market insights.
- Assist the company in launching DeFi-related products or services that meet market demand.
- Participate in industry exchange activities and maintain a keen insight into the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with industry experts and project teams.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including DEX, lending protocols, public chains, NFTs, and related technologies.
- Proven experience in conducting market research and analysis in the blockchain or cryptocurrency space.
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality research reports.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Experience in product design or development within the DeFi space is a plus.
