Key Responsibilities

• Develop product strategic planning based on company strategy and create a first-class product experience.
• Set goals, lead the team in breaking down tasks, and oversee the overall progress of the exchange's product line.
• Coordinate and drive collaboration with upstream and downstream teams, including technology, market operations, and business, to implement product solutions effectively.
• Control product details, manage product iteration progress, and ensure the achievement of business goals.
• Monitor and optimize core data indicators and key business metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, gaining insights into user needs and adjusting product strategies accordingly.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team to deliver exceptional results.
