Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting trading track agents and establishing strategic collaborations with on-chain CA warning tools. This role requires strong networking skills, market awareness, and the ability to build sustainable partnerships in the blockchain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit trading track agents on a monthly basis to expand our network and market presence
- Establish 3-5 monthly collaborations with on-chain CA (Contract Address) warning tools to enhance security measures
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the blockchain and trading sectors
- Monitor market trends and identify potential collaboration opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnerships
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or related field
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and trading ecosystems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
- Familiarity with on-chain analytics and security tools
- Network of contacts in the blockchain/trading industry is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with trading platforms or security tools
- Technical understanding of smart contracts and blockchain protocols
- Multilingual capabilities for international partnership development
