Job Description:
Growth & Product Execution
Funnel Optimization: Work alongside frontend and growth teams to design, launch, and measure experiments targeting conversion rate optimization (CRO), transaction velocity, and user retention.
Churn Mitigation: Deep-dive into user behavior data to identify drop-off points and implement aggressive re-engagement campaigns or product adjustments.
Operational Efficiency
Friction Reduction: Audit and streamline core operational workflows, specifically targeting the reduction of turnaround times in KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and improving Customer Support resolution speeds.
Cross-Team Bridge: Break down silos between marketing, operations, and engineering to ensure faster decisions and blocker-free execution.
Strategic Support & Ideation
CEO-Level Reporting: Own the synthesis of operational and growth data into high-impact, executive-level dashboards and weekly progress reports for the CEO.
Continuous Ideation: Bring fresh, aggressive growth tactics and operational frameworks to the table, challenging the status quo with data-backed hypotheses.
Job Requirements:

3-5 Years of High-Impact Experience: Background in investment banking, management consulting, venture-backed tech startups, or a fast-paced growth marketing environment.
Analytical & Data-Driven: You love numbers. You can map out a user funnel, navigate data tools (like SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Excel), and turn raw data into a clear story.
Technical Intuition: While you don’t need to code, you can speak the language of frontend engineers and product designers to help ship features faster.
Ruthless Prioritizer: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives without dropping the ball.
