Job Description:
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, initiating campaigns and prospecting through multiple channels with an emphasis on cold-calling
Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key target audiences through different external and internal sources
Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management to maximize adoption
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage
Execute solution-based selling to understand customer needs and articulate the KAST Business value proposition
Scale the KAST Business product by contributing to the Go-To-Market strategy and product roadmap
Become a product expert on KAST Business market positioning and solution offerings
Job Requirements:

You view setbacks as a data point and have an insatiable curiosity about the evolution of global finance
You take extreme accountability and ownership for your pipeline and fill gaps without waiting for permission
You have 1+ years of experience and a keen interest in continuous daily improvement focussed on sales
You understand wallets and why stablecoins are the future of commerce
Comfortable in complex selling environments communicating with decision makers at many levels
A problem-solving mindset
A degree in finance or a business-related subject is preferred
