Job Description:
熟练使用 AI 进行高效开发
负责后端系统设计、开发及维护，主要使用 Java / Spring Boot
使用 React + TypeScript 完成前端功能开发
负责 RESTful API 的设计与系统集成
主要通过 AI Coding 工具辅助完成日常开发工作
能够利用 AI 快速生成、理解、修改和重构代码
对 AI 生成的代码进行 Review、Debug 和优化，确保代码质量
负责数据库设计、查询及性能优化
处理线上问题，提高系统稳定性和性能
与产品、QA、DevOps 及其他开发人员协作
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java / Spring Boot
Develop frontend features using React + TypeScript
Design and integrate RESTful APIs
Use AI coding tools as a primary part of the daily development workflow
Use AI to generate, understand, modify, refactor, and debug code
Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability
Work with databases and optimize system performance
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineer
Job Requirements:
3 年以上软件开发经验
熟练掌握 Java，具备扎实的后端开发能力
熟悉 Spring Boot / Spring Framework
熟悉 React + TypeScript
熟悉 MySQL / PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库
熟练使用 AI Coding 工具进行实际项目开发
能够清楚地向 AI 描述需求、拆分任务，并判断 AI 生成代码是否正确
不能只是复制 AI 代码，需要具备独立 Review、Debug 和解决问题的能力
熟悉 Git 及常用开发流程
具备较强的独立开发及问题解决能力
深度使用过 Claude Code、Cursor、GitHub Copilot 等 AI Coding 工具
有使用 AI Agent 完成较复杂开发任务的经验
熟悉 Redis、Kafka
熟悉 Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD
有高并发、高流量或交易类系统开发经验
熟悉微服务架构
3+ years of software development experience
Strong experience with Java and backend development
Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework
Experience with React + TypeScript
Good understanding of REST API design
Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL
Strong practical experience using AI coding tools for real-world development
Ability to clearly define requirements and break down development tasks for AI-assisted execution
Ability to review, debug, and improve AI-generated code rather than simply relying on generated output
Familiar with Git and modern development workflows
Strong problem-solving and independent development skills
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools
Experience using AI agents to complete complex development tasks
Experience with Redis, Kafka, or other messaging technologies
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Experience with high-traffic, high-concurrency, or transaction-heavy systems
Understanding of microservices architecture
