Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to join our team as an Ecological Cooperation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and expanding partnerships within the public blockchain ecosystem. Your efforts will drive technological integration, commercial growth, and community engagement to enhance the overall influence and innovation of our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ecological cooperation strategies to expand public chain ecological partners, including DApp developers, wallets, exchanges, and investment institutions.
- Establish deep cooperation with global Web3 project partners to promote technology integration and ecological collaboration.
- Organize online and offline activities (such as hackathons and developer conferences) to enhance the influence of the public blockchain ecosystem.
- Track industry trends, explore potential cooperation opportunities, and promote ecological innovation.
- Coordinate internal resources to support the technical implementation and commercial development of partners.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership development, ecosystem growth, or business development within the blockchain/Web3 industry.
- Strong understanding of public blockchain ecosystems, DApps, wallets, exchanges, and investment landscapes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain partnerships.
- Ability to organize and manage events such as hackathons, conferences, and meetups.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on industry trends and opportunities.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and internal resources to support partner success.

- Experience working with global partners and understanding of diverse market needs.
