Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and process data from SQL databases, APIs, and external sources to analyze cryptocurrency and market indicators
• Investigate key metrics including investor behavior, trading volume dynamics, and demand structure
• Process massive datasets: aggregate, filter, and prepare data for modeling
• Utilize BI tools or Python to create visual charts and reports for stakeholders
• Develop custom indicators and statistical models to evaluate market activity
• Identify patterns and trends in cryptocurrency markets to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years experience in data analysis, preferably in financial markets or cryptocurrency
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience working with APIs to collect and process data
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and visualization (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) for creating dashboards
• Understanding of statistical modeling and data mining techniques
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with time-series analysis and forecasting models
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques for financial data analysis
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for data processing
• Previous experience in fintech or cryptocurrency exchanges
