Data Analyst at FiQ

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and process data from SQL databases, APIs, and external sources
• Analyze cryptocurrency and market metrics including investor behavior, volume dynamics, and demand structure
• Work with large datasets: aggregate, filter, and prepare data for modeling
• Create visualizations and reports using BI tools or Python
• Develop metrics and models to assess market activity

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience working with APIs and external data sources
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and related metrics
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Ability to develop metrics and models for market analysis
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related role
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications
• Experience with Python data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems
