Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to handle user inquiries and provide timely solutions. This role involves interacting with users through online customer service tools, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to user inquiries through online customer service tools, providing accurate and helpful answers to their concerns.
  • Identify and report process-related issues, collecting and organizing feedback to improve service quality.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and contribute to problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Adapt to shift work schedules, including long night shifts, to ensure continuous support for users.
Job Requirements
  • Strong business sensitivity with the ability to grasp essential business concepts quickly after training.
  • Financial knowledge and experience are preferred, as they will help in addressing user concerns more effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively to improve user experience.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules, including night shifts, to meet business needs.
