Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality video content for TikTok and other social media platforms, including both organic and sponsored campaigns.
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos with a strong emphasis on comedic timing, creative cuts, and overall entertainment value.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to conceptualize and execute funny skits, trend-jacking content, and other innovative projects at the office.
• Utilize coworkers and creator collaborators as characters in video content to create authentic and engaging narratives.
• Experiment with new content formats and storytelling techniques to enhance REPUBLIK's digital presence across websites and social media channels.
• Work with the REPUBLIK team to translate creative ideas into visual content that resonates with the target audience.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all video productions.
• Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to refine content strategies and improve engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align video content with overall marketing objectives and campaign timelines.
• Manage the video production workflow, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production delivery.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing video production skills.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent understanding of comedic timing and storytelling techniques to create engaging video content.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas that align with brand identity and audience preferences.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the Creative Director and other team members.
• Experience in trend analysis and content ideation to stay ahead of social media trends.
• Proficiency in shooting videos with a focus on visual creativity and narrative structure.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for maximizing content reach and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills to convey creative vision and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
