Job Description
We’re hiring a Content Distribution & AI Ops Manager ("Content Wrangler") to take ownership of distributing our high-volume content across 12+ channels and multiple languages. You’ll be a self-starter with an Owner’s mindset—organizing, localizing, and publishing 2–4 pieces of content per day using AI tools and your sharp editorial instincts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end content operations including calendar management, formatting, localization, and distribution
- Turn core updates into tailored content across 12+ channels (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu and more)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepL, Midjourney, etc.) to optimize content creation and distribution efficiency
- Localize content for key markets (ZH, RU, ES, etc.) to ensure cultural relevance
- Coordinate with partners for content amplification and cross-promotion
- Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
Platform Management
You’ll manage content distribution across X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu and more—ensuring each piece of content hits the right tone, format, and community expectations for maximum engagement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in content distribution and multi-channel publishing
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to adapt content for different platforms
- Proficiency with AI content tools (ChatGPT, DeepL, Midjourney or similar)
- Multilingual capabilities or experience with localization workflows
- Analytical mindset for performance tracking and optimization
- Self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills
