Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive user operation guides covering deposit/withdrawal processes, transaction rules, account security, and other platform features
• Create FAQ content to address common user inquiries and improve self-service capabilities
• Design and implement educational courses for our learning platform, including WEB3 industry knowledge (blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi)
• Produce in-depth analyses of exchange product functionalities and investment strategies
• Develop technical analysis content and manage specialized columns like "Trading Technology Analysis"
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, community, and product teams to create compelling promotional content
• Ensure all copywriting maintains consistent brand voice and messaging across all materials
• Optimize content strategy to improve service efficiency and reduce user support costs

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, technical writing, or educational content development
• Strong understanding of WEB3 technologies including blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi
• Excellent writing skills with ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Experience in financial or trading-related content creation preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in finance, economics, or computer science
• Experience in user education or customer support content creation
