Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to manage KOL communication and social media operations. This role involves strategic content planning, relationship building, and executing brand campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- KOL Communication and Operation:
- Develop and implement content strategies for KOL collaborations
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders
- Facilitate communication and interaction with KOLs
- Coordinate joint promotional activities
- Social Media Content Planning and Operation:
- Create and manage content for Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok platforms
- Develop engaging social media strategies to increase brand visibility
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics
- Brand Activities:
- Plan and execute online AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions
- Organize and manage offline exhibitions and brand events
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful event execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2+ years experience in KOL management or social media operations
- Proven track record in content creation and social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in event planning and execution is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Multilingual capabilities (especially in Asian languages)
- Background in digital marketing or brand management
