Key Responsibilities

- Data analysis and optimization: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor user behavior, identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and improve conversion rates. Regularly generate operational reports to support product iteration and strategy adjustments.
- Content ecology construction: Lead or participate in building a vibrant social content ecosystem, encouraging user-generated content (UGC) and enhancing content quality and diversity. Collaborate with content creators and KOLs to expand influence.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of operational strategies. Coordinate resources and drive project success while addressing operational challenges.
- User research and feedback: Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and gain insights into user needs to guide product improvements and operational refinements.
