Job responsibilities: develop and implement user growth strategies: deeply understand the dynamics of the Internet social market, develop and implement effective user acquisition, retention and activation strategies in combination with product characteristics, including but not limited to content marketing, event planning, channel expansion, community operation, etc., to achieve rapid growth in user volume and accumulation of high-quality users. Data analysis and optimization: Use data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, data analysis platforms, etc.) to monitor and analyze user behavior data, identify growth bottlenecks, optimize operational processes, and improve user conversion rates and activity. Regularly output operational reports to provide data support for product iteration and strategy adjustments. Content Ecology Construction: Lead or participate in the planning and construction of social content ecology, encourage user generated content (UGC), improve content quality and diversity, enhance user stickiness and community atmosphere. Establish cooperative relationships with content creators, KOLs, etc. to expand content influence. Cross departmental collaboration: Work closely with departments such as product, technology, and marketing to ensure the effective implementation of operational strategies. Coordinate resources, drive project execution, and solve problems and challenges encountered during operation. User research and feedback: Conduct regular user surveys, collect and analyze user feedback, gain insights into user needs, and provide a basis for product improvement and operational strategy adjustments.
