Community Manager & Content Creator- Create content for our social media platforms i.e. X, Substack, YouTube & LinkedIn- Creating lead magnets from existing & new content to increase adoption of our product offerings- Take ownership & grow the social media and community channels of X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, Substack and LinkedIn - Being the main point of contact for member & non-member queries on all community channels - Work with key internal leaders to ensure communications are produced and sent on time and tracked for efficiency - Design, implement, and manage community engagement projects/programs to increase awareness and adoption- Track and report critical metrics pertaining to social media and website visits - Owning the design and development of the members' area and informing members when content has been added or updated - Video Editing & Graphic Design
