Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling content for social media platforms including X, Substack, YouTube, and LinkedIn
 - Develop lead magnets from existing and new content to increase product adoption
 - Take ownership and grow our social media and community channels (X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, Substack, LinkedIn)
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for member and non-member inquiries across all community channels
 - Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure timely production, delivery, and tracking of communications
 - Design, implement, and manage community engagement initiatives to boost awareness and adoption
 - Monitor and report key metrics related to social media performance and website traffic
 - Oversee the design and development of the members' area and notify members of content updates
 - Perform video editing and graphic design tasks as needed
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management and content creation
 - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Ability to create engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, etc.)
 - Experience with analytics tools to track and report performance metrics
 - Strong organizational and project management skills
 - Creative problem-solving abilities and initiative
 - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
 - Familiarity with community platforms like Discord and Telegram
 
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
 - Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
 - Knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies
 - Understanding of SEO principles for content optimization
