-Manage global and TH (Thailand) community engagement, including responding to comments and questions, moderating discussions, and creating and hosting community events-Oversee social media account management, including developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, and analyzing social media metrics-Create and schedule Twitter posts, including writing engaging and informative content, using relevant hashtags, and targeting the right audience-Write and publish blog posts, including researching and writing informative and engaging content, optimizing posts for SEO, and promoting posts on social media-Coordinate social media announcements, including scheduling posts across all social media platforms and tracking engagement-Source and collaborate with marketing agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns-Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote Lightnet's products and services-Brief design teams for artwork and product video creation, including providing clear instructions and feedback-Assist in the planning and execution of LIVE events, including developing event concepts, managing logistics, and coordinating with vendors-Manage on-site event logistics, including setting up and taking down event space, managing volunteers, and assisting with registration and check-in-Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to attend and speak at Lightnet events-Coordinate event production, including sourcing necessary resources, such as audiovisual equipment, catering, and transportation-Handle accounting documentation related to events, such as invoices, receipts, and contracts-Prepare memos and payment forms related to events-Assist with contract handling for event partnerships
