Key Responsibilities
- Lead community engagement efforts globally and in Thailand, including moderating discussions, responding to user queries, and organizing interactive events.
 - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to brand goals and audience insights.
 - Create and schedule visually appealing Twitter posts with optimized hashtags and audience-specific content.
 - Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts, ensuring informative value and alignment with marketing objectives.
 - Coordinate cross-platform social media announcements, tracking engagement metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
 - Collaborate with marketing agencies to design and execute targeted campaigns that align with business goals.
 - Identify and engage influential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote Lightnet's products and services through partnerships.
 - Provide detailed briefs to design teams for creating promotional artwork and product videos.
 - Support the planning and execution of LIVE events by developing creative concepts and managing logistical requirements.
 - Oversee on-site event operations, including venue setup, volunteer coordination, and registration management.
 - Facilitate KOL participation in Lightnet events by coordinating speaking engagements and on-site logistics.
 - Source and manage event production resources such as audiovisual equipment, catering services, and transportation logistics.
 - Prepare and maintain financial documentation for events, including invoices, receipts, and contractual agreements.
 - Generate memos and payment forms for event-related expenses and partnerships.
 - Handle contract negotiations and management for event collaborations with external partners.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management and social media operations with a focus on global and regional markets.
 - Strong understanding of content creation best practices, including SEO optimization and audience engagement techniques.
 - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users, KOLs, and cross-functional teams.
 - Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
 - Proficiency in managing event logistics, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.
 - Experience in collaborating with marketing agencies and external partners for campaign execution.
 - Knowledge of contract management processes and financial documentation requirements.
 - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
 - Ability to create compelling event concepts and coordinate with vendors for seamless execution.
 - Excellent attention to detail for managing registration processes and on-site operations.
 - Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and content creation.
 - Understanding of KOL outreach strategies and partnership development in the tech or digital marketing sector.
 - Ability to adapt to evolving digital trends and platform algorithms for optimal engagement.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating content, reports, and coordinating with stakeholders.
