-Responsible for formulating and implementing community growth strategies, collaborating with market and product teams, and jointly promoting user growth; -Plan and implement online/offline community activities to become Chainbase's "first image" for the community and users; - Continuously strengthen and convey community values, enhance users' sense of community belonging and community experience; - Through user interaction and data observation, explore real feedback and market opportunities, and timely synchronize them with product and marketing teams; - Establish and manage a community management team, responsible for resource coordination, duty scheduling, daily feedback, and incentive mechanisms;
