Job Description

The Strategy Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and business growth. This position requires a dynamic professional to oversee quantitative strategy resources and foster collaborations with top-tier strategy teams, independent traders, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate quantitative strategy resources to identify and explore collaboration opportunities with excellent strategy teams, independent traders, and institutional partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with strategic partners, continuously monitoring their strategic performance, product requirements, and technical integration needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance, review, and testing processes are completed before strategy implementation.

  • Participate in product optimization and business innovation initiatives to enhance collaborative efficiency between the platform and strategic partners.
