Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, and potential partners to promote Bitget's products and services in the Japanese market. This includes conducting market research to pinpoint high-impact collaboration opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison for Bitget, maintaining long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels through regular communication, co-hosted events, and tailored engagement strategies to ensure sustained partnership growth.
- Oversee the implementation of KOL marketing strategies, including content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking. Analyze channel performance data using advanced tools to optimize ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor local industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities and risks. Develop proactive strategies to position Bitget as a market leader and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, market insights, and strategic recommendations for future growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or related fields with a focus on cryptocurrency or fintech industries. Demonstrated success in driving user growth and trading volume in competitive markets is essential.
- Excellent understanding of the Japanese market, including cultural nuances, local regulations, and consumer behavior. Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and blockchain technology is required.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, track KOL performance, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is preferred.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities, including networking, negotiation, and partnership management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
