Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive KOL marketing strategy tailored to South Korea's digital landscape, ensuring alignment with Bitget's brand objectives and market goals.
 - Act as the primary liaison between Bitget and local KOLs, influencers, and communities, fostering long-term partnerships through regular communication and collaborative initiatives.
 - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing channels and KOL collaborations, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).
 - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in South Korea to identify opportunities for strategic adjustments and competitive advantage.
 - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans, including content creation, event planning, and campaign management.
 - Track user growth metrics and trading volume performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders and suggesting improvements based on market feedback.
 - Engage in the development of localized marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with South Korean audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
 - Participate in the evaluation of new partnership opportunities and contribute to the decision-making process for channel selection and collaboration terms.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in KOL marketing, digital advertising, or community management within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry, preferably in South Korea.
 - Excellent understanding of South Korean market dynamics, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior to effectively tailor marketing strategies.
 - Fluency in both Korean and English, with the ability to communicate professionally in English for international collaboration and Korean for local engagement.
 - Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions to improve results.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
 - Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., KakaoTalk, Instagram, YouTube) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads) for campaign execution and tracking.
 - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build trust with KOLs, influencers, and partners while maintaining Bitget's brand integrity.
 - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory environments, ensuring compliance and maintaining a competitive edge in South Korea.
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on influencer relations or community building in the crypto space.
 - Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools to streamline partnership management and campaign tracking processes.
