Job Description: CIS Region DirectorThe Opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CIS Region Director to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our business development and marketing efforts in the CIS region. Investor Relations & Ecosystem Engagement:Act as the primary representative between TonUP, the TON Foundation, and other projects in the CIS region.Maintain and strengthen relationships with current investors while identifying and engaging potential investors.Drive business development initiatives, identify key stakeholders, and foster strategic partnerships.2. Marketing & PR:Develop and execute regional marketing strategies tailored to the CIS market.Lead PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation, including crafting press releases and managing media relations.Coordinate with the central marketing team to ensure alignment with global marketing initiatives.3. Business Development Activities:Organize and participate in both online and offline business development activities.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.4. Quarterly Planning & Budget Management:Present a detailed quarterly plan focusing on Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Return on Investment (ROI) oriented strategies.Efficiently utilize the quarterly travel budget of $5,000 and the quarterly marketing budget of $15,000 to achieve set goals and objectives.
