Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce and manage agents, channels, and KOLs in the Middle East region to boost platform transaction volume and user base.
• Utilize mainstream crypto ecosystem platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, Telegram, etc.) to monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis.
• Gather feedback from agents, channels, and KOLs to improve product experience and reputation.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize partnerships and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BD efforts with company objectives.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in web3, blockchain, digital currency exchange, or GameFi projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and manage partnerships independently.
• Strong familiarity with the Middle East market; candidates with experience in other regions but exceptional skills may also be considered.
• Fluent in English (required); proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant BD or expansion experience, preferably with existing channel connections.
• Senior-level experience is preferred, with a proven track record in business development.
