Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Expand contract user base across CN region, UK, US, and Indonesian markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with local trading users, agents, communities, and KOLs
• Drive regional transaction volume growth and improve user activity/retention rates
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing, and risk control teams
• Prepare regular business progress reports and participate in incentive settlements
• Source external project resources and maintain partnerships with project stakeholders
• Coordinate internal/external resources to facilitate high-quality project listings
• Manage full-process resource allocation for listing project preparations
• Optimize listing project effects through strategic resource management

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or account management
• Strong network of trading users, agents, and KOLs in target markets
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and optimize business performance
• Experience in preparing business reports and performance analysis
• Familiarity with incentive structures and rebate programs
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages a plus)
• Willingness to work across different time zones when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency industry
• Existing network in CN, UK, US, or Indonesian markets
• Knowledge of trading platforms and contract products
• Understanding of risk control mechanisms in trading environments
