Job Description
As a Taiwan KOL Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the cryptocurrency space across Taiwan. Your primary focus will be on platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, and Telegram. You will collaborate with these KOLs to drive new user registrations and genuine trading volume for our platform. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with KOLs, regularly evaluate campaign performance, and optimize collaboration strategies to maximize results. Working closely with the marketing team, you will also contribute to enhancing brand visibility and influence in the Taiwanese market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and sign cryptocurrency KOLs in Taiwan across major social media platforms (Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, etc.).
- Drive new user acquisition and real trading volume through KOL promotions.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify brand exposure and market penetration in Taiwan.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of business development experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or blockchain projects.
- Extensive network of local Taiwanese KOLs with the ability to quickly establish partnerships.
- Deep understanding of Taiwan's Web3 and KOL community landscape, with strong market sensitivity.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to independently achieve user and trading growth targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster strong KOL relationships.
