Job Description:
1. In-depth Project Research: Conduct comprehensive scans of core sectors such as DeFi, L1/L2, and AI+Crypto, producing high-quality deep-dive reports and investment recommendations.
2. On-Chain Data Mining: Proficiently use tools like Dune, Nansen, and Glassnode to track Smart Money movements and analyze the actual operational status of protocols.
3. Systematic Logic Empowerment (Core): Assist the technical team in refining the investment research system by translating complex business logic (e.g., token models, liquidation mechanisms, protocol revenue calculations) into technically feasible rules.
4. Intelligence Tracking & Translation: Maintain high-frequency information sources (Twitter, Discord, Mirror) and quickly transform fragmented English community insights into structured Chinese research points.
5. Valuation Model Construction: Develop and maintain multi-dimensional valuation comparison models for core tracked projects, including cash flow, FDV, and TVL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research initiatives to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the blockchain space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into actionable strategies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to ensure our investment thesis remains robust.
- Present research insights to stakeholders in clear, concise formats.
Job Requirements:
1. Industry Experience: 2-4 years of deep experience in the Crypto industry, having navigated full market cycles with a keen sense of market sentiment.
2. Research Proficiency: Possess a rigorous investment research framework, avoiding narrative biases, and capable of dissecting projects from multiple dimensions like data, tokenomics, and governance models.
3. On-Chain Native: Be an advanced DeFi user, familiar with various protocol interaction logic, and able to independently interpret transaction hashes and basic contract logic.
4. English Proficiency: Excellent English reading and listening skills, enabling seamless study of technical whitepapers and overseas podcasts.
5. Systematic Thinking: Skilled in summarizing and transforming scattered analysis processes into standardized workflows (SOPs), which is critical for building our AI-driven research system.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
