Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong understanding of Web3 products and excellent execution capabilities to take full responsibility for the product planning, requirement design, and implementation of our core products. This role will be involved in both the Trading Alpha on-chain trading product and Web3 gaming accessories projects, collaborating closely with founders, engineers, designers, and operations teams to drive product iterations from 0→1 or 1→N. You will deeply engage in the design and decision-making of the following key areas: 1. Productizing Web3 trading and assetization mechanisms 2. Pricing, trading, incentives, and risk control logic for Alpha 3. Assetization, trading flow, and user experience of gaming accessories 4. Product synergy between on-chain and off-chain systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Planning & Design: Oversee product planning, feature design, and version iterations for core products. Break down strategic goals into clear, executable product solutions. Deliver high-quality PRDs, flowcharts, and prototypes (using tools like Figma/Axure).
- Web3 Product Implementation: Participate in core product design for Trading Alpha's on-chain trading, settlement, and incentive mechanisms. Contribute to NFT/gaming accessory assetization, trading markets, and item systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to design on-chain/off-chain interaction flows (wallets, signatures, contract interactions, etc.).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontend/backend engineers, smart contract developers, designers, and operations teams. Drive requirement reviews, development scheduling, testing, and launches. Maintain efficiency and communication quality in remote work environments.
- Data & User-Centric Approach: Monitor core metrics (conversion, retention, trading volume, GMV). Continuously optimize product experience based on user feedback and data analysis. Understand diverse user groups (Traders/Creators/Gamers).
Job Requirements:
- Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a 985/211 university (mandatory). 3+ years of product management experience (Web2/Web3). Full product lifecycle experience (requirement → design → launch → iteration). Strong logical thinking to decompose complex systems into actionable solutions. Excellent written communication skills for high-quality PRDs.
- Web3/Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of Web3 fundamentals (wallets, private keys, Gas, smart contracts, on-chain transactions). Preferred experience with: DeFi/Trading/Data products, NFT/GameFi/digital asset platforms. Ability to communicate product-level requirements with smart contract developers (no coding required).
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience in trading/financial/gaming products. Knowledge/interest in Alpha, quant trading, signals, or strategy subscriptions. Startup or 0→1 product experience. Proficient English reading/writing (for technical documentation).
