Job Description
This role focuses on managing media communications, internal coordination, and outsourcing resources to support market promotion and brand building initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic communication plans and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Media Communication: Handle invitation expansion, article release, data tracking and statistics, and maintain media relationships
  • Internal Communication: Coordinate cross-departmental needs for posters, videos, and data; facilitate collaboration between departments
  • Outsourcing Management: Expand and manage external resources related to market promotion and brand building activities
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in media relations or corporate communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Experience in vendor management and outsourcing coordination
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in brand management or marketing communications
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
