Job Description
As a Project Coordinator and Planner, you will be responsible for breaking down the strategic goals of the exchange into actionable projects. You will develop comprehensive project plans (from MVP → internal testing → public testing → official launch), defining milestones, deliverables, and priorities. Additionally, you will dynamically adjust schedules to ensure the timely delivery of critical features.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Department Coordination & Resource Management: Coordinate teams including Product Managers, R&D, Testing, Operations, Risk Control, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing. Track dependent tasks (e.g., wallet and risk control interfaces, matching engine and options system integration). Propose solutions during resource conflicts to ensure main projects proceed smoothly.
- Progress & Risk Control: Identify and track project risks such as technical challenges, compliance issues, and market changes. Establish risk lists and contingency plans (e.g., anti-fraud measures for rebate systems). Organize regular meetings (weekly reviews, milestone retrospectives) to drive issue resolution.
- Quality & Delivery Management: Oversee code testing, performance testing, and risk control stress tests to ensure system stability upon launch. Define acceptance criteria (Definition of Done) to ensure not just deployment but also performance metrics are met. Collaborate with risk/security teams to prevent major vulnerabilities.
- Documentation & Process Management: Create and maintain project documentation (requirements, schedules, version logs, deployment instructions). Optimize development processes (Agile Scrum/Kanban, DevOps, automated testing/CI).
- Communication & Decision Support: Report project progress, risks, and resource needs to management. Provide decision-making recommendations during strategic/priority conflicts. Conduct cross-team briefings for critical milestones (e.g., options launch, rebate policy adjustments).
Job Requirements
- Experience delivering complex systems (payment, trading, financial contracts, risk control systems).
- Familiarity with Agile development and tools like Jira/ZenTao/Confluence.
- 5+ years of project management experience in internet/fintech/trading platforms.
- Understanding of exchange architecture (matching engine, risk modules, wallet systems, rebate systems).
- Results-driven: Focused on delivery, not just process, with the ability to push forward under tight resources and deadlines.
