Job Description
Responsible for the operation of the Chinese language business of the exchange, with the core work objectives of new additions, daily activity, and trading volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan operational activities and fully arrange user outreach
- Monitor industry hotspots and analyze competitors
- Review and summarize activities to improve effectiveness
- Cooperate with the business department to find new growth points
- Handle other related matters arranged by superiors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital operations or marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchange operations is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or fintech industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both Chinese and English
