Job Description
This role involves identifying and engaging with potential crypto projects for listing opportunities. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between projects and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with all necessary processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new project leads by identifying quality issuance opportunities
- Proactively reach out to token projects, founders, and developers building on any protocol we support
- Be fully immersed in the project and its audience
- Be the front-facing account customer service partner to the project
- Conduct due diligence on commercial aspects of crypto projects, including directly liaising with issuing teams
- Help navigate the onboarding of crypto projects through the process of our listings department
- Execute and follow up on the tasks necessary to list cryptocurrencies across Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
- Proven experience in business development or account management in crypto/blockchain space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct thorough due diligence on crypto projects
- Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements for cryptocurrency listings
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
- Technical understanding of different blockchain protocols
- Experience with tokenomics and project evaluation frameworks
- Multilingual capabilities for global project outreach
