Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Overseas Product Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the operational success of our company's overseas products through strategic planning, cross-departmental coordination, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate comprehensive operational strategies for the company's overseas products and coordinate with product and marketing departments to ensure effective implementation
  • Conduct thorough market research, including data analysis and competitor benchmarking, to make informed business decisions based on user needs and market trends
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and analyze product operation plans and related regulations to ensure operational excellence
  • Facilitate communication between R&D, product teams, and other stakeholders by providing valuable market insights and recommendations
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities in international markets and propose strategic adjustments to enhance product performance
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product operations, preferably in international markets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across multiple departments
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful operational strategies
  • Familiarity with overseas market dynamics and cultural differences
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with additional language skills being a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the tech industry or digital product operations
  • Knowledge of user acquisition strategies and growth hacking techniques
  • Understanding of localization strategies for international markets
  • Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms
