Job Description
This position involves ensuring the quality and reliability of blockchain product modules through comprehensive testing and analysis. The role requires a proactive approach to developing testing strategies, executing test cases, and assessing risks to maintain high standards in functionality, performance, safety, and compatibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed testing plans and analyze strategies for blockchain product modules.
- Design and execute test cases to ensure product quality across functionality, performance, safety, and compatibility.
- Conduct risk assessments and take independent responsibility for the quality assurance of assigned product modules.
- Develop or select appropriate testing tools to enhance individual and team efficiency.
- Identify and analyze process-related issues within the project team, proposing effective improvement measures.
- Drive the implementation of proposed improvements to optimize testing processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in developing testing plans and executing test cases for blockchain or related technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and ensure product quality across multiple dimensions.
- Ability to independently develop or select testing tools to improve efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies.
- Strong communication skills to propose and implement improvement measures within the team.
- Knowledge of automation testing and compatibility testing is a plus.
