Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing user interfaces across multiple platforms including mobile (Flutter, H5) and PC applications. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to deliver high-quality products with excellent performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend applications for mobile (Flutter, H5) and PC platforms
- Complete PC frontend and mobile development tasks on schedule while continuously improving product quality, performance, and user experience
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to learn new technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of web frontend development experience
- Proficient in HTML, CSS3, JS, ES6 standards and technologies
- Experience with at least one web development framework (Vue) and its ecosystem (ElementUI, Ant Design)
- Familiar with browser debugging tools, network debugging tools, and frontend engineering practices in a decoupled architecture
- Solid understanding of HTTP protocol
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with native development (Android/iOS production projects)
- Flutter development experience with understanding of Flutter's working principles
- Webpack optimization experience
- Contributions to open source communities
Additional Requirements
Candidates unfamiliar with Android/iOS development will be required to learn these platforms and achieve deep mastery of Flutter technology after joining our team. We value continuous learning and professional growth in our developers.
