Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving Flutter-based client applications while contributing to architectural decisions and system optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Flutter client applications
- Research new mobile technologies, extend functionality, and improve existing development methodologies
- Participate in client product architecture design and identify system optimization opportunities
- Continuously optimize product quality, performance, and user experience
- Contribute to cross-platform toolchain development including IDE, scaffolding, and basic component implementation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of Flutter development experience and 3+ years of iOS/Android development experience
- Proficient in Flutter framework, Dart language, and skilled in various Flutter layouts, data flows, and animations
- Familiar with iOS/Android development platforms and framework principles
- Proficient in Java/Objective-C with good coding style and documentation habits
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Approximately 2 years of Web3-related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Active participation in Flutter open-source community and keeping up with community advancements
- Experience in establishing mobile standards and writing technical documentation
- Completed Flutter project experience with demonstrable work
- Experience in building projects from scratch (0 to 1 experience)
